Terms of sales
At Ullareds Lantmän, you shop safely and securely. You easily choose the shipping and payment method at the checkout. You can choose between paying by card, VISA, Mastercard etc. Normally an order is sent within 1-5 working days after the order is placed. Get in touch if you are unsure or have other questions.
VAT
All prices include VAT, any shipping costs may apply, see Shipping Terms.
Buy
When ordering, a purchase agreement is made when you choose to confirm the purchase at checkout. Order confirmation is then sent automatically by Ullareds Lantmän. In the event of obvious errors (eg obviously incorrect price, balance error, image error or printing error), we reserve the right to correct the error afterwards. As we engage in outlet sales in workwear, it may in some isolated cases be the case that the product was out of stock, despite orders placed. In these cases, we reserve the right to deliver an equivalent replacement product. This can of course be returned free of charge. Otherwise, the item and the cost will be removed from the order.
Deliveries
Your goods are normally sent from us within 1-5 working days after we have received your order. Notification of any deviations from the normal delivery time will be sent via email to you. You then of course have the right to cancel all or part of your order. For more information, see Delivery / shipping terms.
Transport risk
Ullared Lantmän is responsible for the transport risk when delivered to you. If the product is damaged at the time of delivery, this must be reported immediately to Ullared Lantmäns Customer Service. Visible damage must always be reported to the driver / representative on site and noted by him, if possible with the chosen delivery method. In order for us to be able to complain about the damage to our carrier, we need to report the transport damage to him within 1-3 days.

Ullared Lantmän offers secure card payments with Svea Webpay, VISA / Mastercard / Direct Bank / Trustly. Svea Webpay is certified according to the PCI DSS standard (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). Ullared Lantmän accepts all Visa and Mastercard-connected cards. Card purchases are made directly on Svea Webpay, and all information is encrypted in accordance with current standards and regulations. No card information is handled or stored at Ullared Lantmän. The money is deducted directly from your account when you approve the transaction. Upon payment, you are automatically connected to your internet bank, where you log in and approve the transaction. CHECKOUT - TERMS
Svea Finans A / S (“Svea”) offers the Checkout service (“Checkout”), which enables a user-friendly way for you as a customer to shop and pay online. When you use Checkout, you accept the terms set out in this agreement, section 1 to pkt. 7, including the separate terms referred to below.
2. PAYMENT OPTIONS
To make it easier for you as a customer, you accept in advance the various payment options that Svea can offer you. The payment options offered may vary from provider to provider. Payment is only offered by payment card VISA / or Mastercard. It is free to use Checkout, but any taxes or fees may apply, depending on which payment method you choose

5. INFORMATION FOR SVEA
When you use the Checkout and approve this agreement, you guarantee that the information you provide to Svea is correct, and that you are of legal age and not under guardianship, and thus have the right to enter into the agreement. If you provide incorrect information or use other people's information, this is considered abuse, and in that case you may be blocked for future use of Checkout.
6. CHANGES IN TERMS
Svea reserves the right to continuously change and update the terms of Checkout. Therefore, please read the terms and conditions each time you use Checkout in connection with purchases.
7. LIABILITY, APPLICATION OPPORTUNITIES AND LEGAL CHOICE / JURISDICTION
Svea is solely liable European law, including the general rules of damages. In case of complaints, we refer that you contact Svea directly per. mail or phone. Complaints can also always be submitted to relevant complaints boards.
Here's how it works when you return an item ordered by card payment:
Once the return is back in our warehouse and has been checked, we create a credit. The check can take between 1-14 days after receipt. Once the credit is completed with us, it will take between 1-3 business days before you receive the refund. Read more about any costs that may arise in connection with the return in the chapter "Right of withdrawal". When paying by credit card, the refund is shown approx. on the date the transaction was completed. Note that some banks may have longer processing times. If you have not received the money back, you must first contact your card issuer / bank. If you have changed bank since the purchase was made with us, the refund will be made to the new card. All you have to do is contact your bank and ask them to repay the correct card.
As a private person and ordering with PostNord, free return shipping is included in the purchase. Thereafter, the buyer is responsible for the cost and transportation risk of return and exchange. Once we have received the item back and found out that it has not been used and meets the other requirements of the terms, we will refund the amount you paid for the items within 30 days. Shipping and Ev. express charges, etc. non-refundable. If an item is to be returned, simply follow the steps in the package leaflet.

Right of withdrawal & return
According to the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distance Contracts Act) (2005: 59), you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. At Ullared Lantmän, you get a 30-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal / open purchase applies if the item is in unchanged condition when it is returned. For items under the Underwear category, the right of return only applies if the packaging is unbroken.
The buyer is then responsible for the costs and transport risk in connection with return and exchange. Once we have received the item back and found that it has not been used and meet the other requirements in the terms of purchase, we will refund the amount you paid for the item within 30 days. Shipping and any express fees etc. non-refundable.
