Collected from an agent or in a parcel box (depends on were in Europe you live). The package is delivered for your choice of PostNord agent or parcel box. Agent: If you do not make a choice, the package will be sent to the agent closest to your address. You will be notified via the PostNord App and via SMS / e-mail. Packing box: You open your room with secure identification via PostNord App and Mobile BankID. You will be notified via the PostNord App and via SMS / e-mail.
Ullared Lantmän is responsible for the transport risk, i.e. for damages that may occur during transport to the customer. Visible damage must always be reported to the driver / representative on site and noted by the driver, if possible with the chosen delivery method.
